Southwest Chicken Salad Dip

Ingredients:

1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp taco seasoning

Squeeze of lime juice

4 oz grilled chicken, finely chopped

1/4 cup canned sweet corn

1/4 cup canned black beans

1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper

1 tbsp finely diced red onion

Directions:

  1. Mix together Greek yogurt, taco seasoning, and lime. Set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl combine chicken, sweet corn, black beans, bell pepper, and red onion.

  3. Toss together chopped ingredient and mix in yogurt mixture.

  4. Top with avocado, jalapeños, or cilantro if desired. Scoop with tortilla chips and enjoy!
